Tested with:

-> OpenScad 2010.05
-> Replicatorg 18

NOTE: The stl file generated with OpenScad cannot correctly be opened with
Replicatorg-18. The STL file has to be imported in blender, removed the double
vertex and exported again. The new stl is ok for printing
